Jim is a career global senior operations executive with extensive P&L experience in operations, sales and marketing, and product development.  Rising from the hourly ranks to lead a $400 million global division, Jim has a passion for the continuous improvement of processes and products as well as the integration of Christian principles in the workplace that glorify God.  He has an excellent track record with successful ‘greenfield’ startups, turnarounds, restructurings, and quality/productivity improvement on four continents.  With 40+ years of experience in both union and non union environments, Jim has successfully negotiated union contracts and global purchasing agreements, implemented ISO 9000 standards and Lean Six Sigma processes in six divisions of a North American manufacturing company, and is a certified Six Sigma ‘Black Belt.’

Jim presently serves a large Christian non-profit organization as Board Director, in addition to his roles as church treasurer, deacon, and Gideon Scripture Distribution Chairman and Regional Program Leader.  He is a graduate of Philadelphia University (B.S.), Central Michigan University (M.A. in Management and Supervision), and Webster University (MBA).   Jim resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with his wife of over thirty years and their four children.
